On Saturday, June 26, thirty St. Louis moms gathered for a relaxing morning of yoga at Blue Sky Yoga in St. Louis Hills. We enjoyed friends, snacks, grazing boxes, and beautiful new yoga mats. We took time to refresh our bodies and our minds. We were reminded of the importance to cherish and care for our bodies since we spend so much time caring for our children and those around us.
